Message from the Principal

Principal Stephanie Hillig

Dear Families,

There’s something magical about the start of a school year, and here at Painted Sky, we’re ready to make it a joyful one! Whether your child is taking their very first steps into Kindergarten or continuing their elementary school journey, we want them to feel excited, included, and inspired.

Our school is a place where every child is welcomed, known, and encouraged to be their best self. When students feel like they belong, they’re ready to learn and grow.

Here are a few ways we can work together to support that joyful beginning:

  • Start and end the day with connection: A kind word in the morning and a chat after school go a long way.
  • Keep routines predictable: Consistency helps students feel calm and confident.
  • Encourage friendships: Talk about kindness, inclusion, and what it means to be a good friend.
  • Celebrate what makes your child unique: Every child brings something special to our school family.
  • Stay connected: Reach out to your child’s teacher or use ParentSquare to stay involved.

We’re so glad you’re part of the [School Name] community. Let’s make this year one of joy, belonging, and growth!

With care,

Stephanie Hillig

ParentSquare automatically syncs with our student information system to generate an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

ParentSquare is a safe, secure, and modern approach to communication and collaboration between school and home. Learn more and get started today by viewing our ParentSquare web page.
