Dear Painted Sky Families,
Our students at Pianted Sky Elementary truly make the difference. They are a huge part of what makes our school such a special place!
Our enrollment continues to grow, and while so much of that growth is because of our amazing staff, it is also because of the incredible students who make our school community what it is. We lean on our students in so many ways to provide leadership, serve others, and help our school run smoothly each day.
Every morning, our student leaders assist with escorting our younger students safely to their classrooms and playground. Every afternoon, they help our kindergarten and first-grade students find the correct vehicle for pickup. These simple acts of leadership make a big difference and help create a caring, connected school community.
Throughout the school day, we also have buddy classes, where our older students partner with our younger students for a variety of activities and special events. This week, our buddies came together to celebrate Constitution Week, learning and participating side by side.
We are so proud of the leadership, kindness, and responsibility our students demonstrate every day. They aren't just students at Painted Sky Elementary; they are an important part of what makes our school such a wonderful place to learn, grow, and belong!
Together We SOAR! 💙☁️

On September 17th, we celebrated Constitution Day at Painted Sky Elementary! Our campus was filled with engaging activities and events designed to help students understand the importance of the United States Constitution and the freedoms and rights it represents. Students had opportunities to learn about the history and significance of the Constitution in ways that were meaningful, interactive, and fun. It was a wonderful day of learning, reflection, and celebration as our students explored an important part of our nation’s history.

When the playground is too wet for morning play, we don’t let a little rain stop the fun! ☔️ Instead, our students find creative ways to spend time with their friends and enjoy some classroom fun.
Our 5th graders know how to make the most of a rainy morning! Here are a few fun pictures of our students enjoying a friendly game of UNO with their classmates. 🃏❤️
Rainy mornings may mean no playground, but they definitely don’t mean no fun! We love seeing our students laughing, playing, and making memories together.
